What happens when my credits run out?: Carrel keeps saving what you send it. Filing and actions for those pages wait until your credits renew or you upgrade, then catch up on their own. Questions pause until then.
Do unused credits roll over?: No. Credits renew at the start of each monthly cycle, and yearly plans get their 800 credits every month too.
How far do 800 credits go?: About 300 saved pages, 100 questions and 100 pages worked into actions in a month — or more pages, if you mostly save.
What does the bookmark import cost?: Your first 50 imported bookmarks are free, or 500 on the paid plan, counting any you imported while on the free plan. They can come in one import or several; after that, each bookmark uses one credit.
Can I cancel or get a refund?: Cancel any time and keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. You can get a full refund within 14 days of a payment.
Who handles payment?: Paddle.com is our Merchant of Record. It processes payments, charges any sales tax or VAT, and handles refunds.
